Haemus Publishing was founded in 2022 in Zagreb, Croatia. The name of the publishing house comes from the mythological king Haemus of Thrace. Therefore, our unique mission is twofold. Firstly it combines republishing or reinterpretating older works that might have been overlooked or underappreciated, ensuring that they continue to be accessible to future generations. Secondly, to publish new books of the highest standard in order to nurture literary and intellectual talent.
